Route Shipping Protection is automatically added to all orders at checkout. Orders that are lost, damaged, or stolen after shipment are covered through Route Protection.

If Route Protection is removed from an order prior to checkout, any claims for lost, damaged, or stolen packages after shipment will not be eligible for a refund or replacement through The Ruby Dragonfly Co.
